How to Claim Your Player Profile

Visit this link and complete the Claim Player Profile form (Last Name, Email, One of your Play Numbers). See screenshot below:

You will be provided with a username and password (this can be sent to your email and can be changed later on). See screenshot below:

Once you've clicked Claim Profile, you will see the screen below. Please record your username and password by either printing the page, or emailing the details to your email (NOTE: email can take some time).

With your username and password handy, visit this webpage, login, and complete your Player Profile (Name, Last Name, Address, City, Postal Code, Province, Phone Number). See screenshot below:

You can change update your password at anytime and if you forget your password, you will be able to reset is using the "Forget Password" function. If you attempt to login multiple times with an incorrect username and password, you will be locked out. This will require you to wait up to an hour before trying again.
